SCHOOL RULES
Pupils of MMVM must adhere to the following rules and set good
example of their conduct and behaviour.
- Pupils must reach the school by 8:40AM. All must attend the school
assembly at 8:50AM.
- Each pupil must be punctual and regular in attendance. A student will be
eligible to sit for the Board Examinations only if he/she has 75%
attendance to his/her credit.
- Attendance of morning assembly is compulsory. Disciplinary action will
be taken against defaulters.
- Those who come late to the school or absent themselves on previous day
must submit leave note from the parents giving reasons for coming late or
being absent.
- Pupils must wear clean and neat uniform as per the approved pattern.
- Due care must be taken of the school property by all pupils. They are not
allowed to scratch or spoil the chart and educational material displayed in
the corridor/class rooms. They will not damage the school furniture,
electric fittings and write graffiti on the walls. Any damage caused
accidentally must be reported immediately by the concerned pupils to the
class teacher.
- Waste paper and waste material must be disposed in the waste paper bins
kept for this purpose.
- Pupils must be courteous and gentle in manner. They should pay respect
to all the teachers and elders.
- Pupils are not allowed to wear jewellery or make up.
- Pupils are not to bring money or other valuable items to school.
The school will not be responsible for loss of personal items.
- A student is allowed to leave school premises only on submission
of written application from parents/guardians.
- Pupils are strictly forbidden to enter the office room, teachers’
common room without permission.
- Pupils are not allowed to bring magazines, mobile phones, playful
material and other electronic gadgets without the permission of the school
authority. If found without permission, it will be confiscated by the
authority.
- Pupils found copying or using any unfair means during
examination will forfeit their marks and will not be allowed write any
further.
- New admissions to various classes will be made depending on
vacancies, the result of an entrance test and the age limit proper to the
class.
- Pupils coming from other schools are required to bring transfer
certificate and the mark sheet of annual examination.
- Guardians should ensure that children devote sufficient time to
study at home every day.
- Parents/guardians are not allowed to enter the class rooms of their
children.
- Parents/guardians should pay the monthly fee in advance before the
25 th of every month.
- Students must be present on reopening day.
